Characteristics of the program
Object: natural and anthropogenic objects and processes in geospheres in interconnection, transformation and development in space and time.
Aim of the study: to develop in higher education students the ability to conduct research on geospheres and their components, to establish patterns of their structure and development, to solve complex practical and / or scientific problems and on this basis to assess the impact on human society and industrial use.
Theoretical content of the subject area: knowledge of basic theories and concepts of structure, shape, composition, origin, development of the Earth, its geospheres, terrestrial planets, methodologies for studying the Earth's geospheres and the possibility of their use for practical purposes.
Methods, techniques and technologies: physical and chemical methods, methods of field, laboratory, remote sensing of the Earth's geospheres, information systems and technologies.
