This training includes working safely with the technology in the wind turbine. After completing the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Technical Training (BTT), you will be aware of the hazards that arise when working on hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems in a wind turbine and how to avoid these hazards . After this training you can work in the wind both onshore and offshore. The training lasts one week and is registered in the GWO database WINDA.
The great thing about these training courses is that you receive an internationally recognized certificate from the Global Wind Organization and can therefore work anywhere in the world in the wind sector.
Prerequisites
The Basic Technical Training modules are aimed at candidates who have no previous experience with hydraulic, mechanical or electrical systems, but can also be used to train candidates who have some knowledge, but not of their application in wind turbines.
Admission requirements:
The practical components are physically demanding. You must be sufficiently fit to complete all practical components.
You must be in possession of a Winda ID.
