The aim of the program is to train qualified specialists for:

 Train qualified staff for merchant fleet and maritime transport infrastructure;  Train qualified staff for merchant vessels on position of management level, of ficer and engineer  Train qualified staff for position of management level in field of maritime transport control, functioning and regulations in governmental or private sectors;

Learning outcomes

After the completion of the educational program, student will acquire general and specific competences as:

 Ability to find and process information from different sources and develop solution;  Ability to work with design and technological documentation, technical literature, sc ientific and technical reports and other informational resources (including resources in English language);  Skills to operate ship’s power plants, main engine technical appliances and auxiliary s ystems;  Skills to organize maintenance and repair works;  Skills to assure safe navigation, appropriate use of safety ad survival techniques.
