The Specialization Course in Energy for Sustainability at the University of Coimbra aims to provide interdisciplinary training aimed at the efficient use of energy, for the production of energy, centralized and decentralized, as well as for the distribution of energy, in a perspective of sustainable development . It is intended that graduates of this postgraduate course acquire skills in the relevant technological fields and those of energy and environmental economics, with the ability to analyze systems and their interrelationships, becoming qualified to develop projects and solve problems within the scope of energy-environment binomial.
Prerequisites
Students admitted to the Specialization Course must have a degree in economics, management, engineering, science or architecture. The selection process, respecting the legal provisions, is carried out in accordance with the specific regulations in force at the Faculties of Economics and Science and Technology, in accordance with the reconciliation that may be necessary to carry out between the regulatory instruments.
