First Aider Offshore (DGUV) Refresher incl. GWO First Aid Refresher
Objective
Emergencies of all kinds also occur when working in offshore wind farms. Fall injuries, electrical accidents or even heart attacks - serious emergencies can happen even where the rescue service is not within minutes of the site. Therefore, on-site personnel must be trained to provide the injured person for a longer period of time. We train this staff with the necessary knowledge of extended first aid. We also train the participants of this course in the tactical tactics and in the practical application of the acquired knowledge in practice-oriented practice scenarios. Often, the offshore personnel are deployed in several projects, which may also have different training requirements. In order to give our customers the flexibility for universal use, we have developed this combination course. This course covers the training scope and contents of the First Aid Basic Course, the First Aid Offshore according to DGUV (EHO DGUV) as well as the course contents of the GWO First Aid. This means that the trainee earns three training certificates in one course and that your staff can be used flexibly with a reasonable training effort. The course is conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the DGUV and the GWO.
Target Group
Employees in the wind industry who work offshore at sea and have to provide qualified first aid in an emergency, especially if the rescue service and the emergency doctor are not available on short hand and take some time to arrive.
