Additionally, offshore wind farms have the potential to be built at larger scales, taking advantage of the vast ocean spaces available. However, developing offshore wind projects comes with its own set of challenges, including complex legal and regulatory frameworks, technological advancements in floating platforms, and environmental considerations to protect marine ecosystems. Offshore Wind Law is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing the development of offshore wind projects. Participants will explore the unique legal challenges and considerations involved in the rapidly growing offshore wind industry.
