Survey estimation and data analyses with StoX using ICES Trawl acoustic database

​​​​​​Provide instruction on the format, procedures and vocabularies used to upload acoustic and biotic data to ICES Trawl acoustic database. Provide instruction on the use of the R based StoX open source analysis software to generate biomass and abundance estimates from acoustic survey data.
